He is talking here about megadosing 15-20 grams of creatine a day. Have people here tried this and noticed a difference?
I don't really notice a big difference between 5-10 grams per day tbh.

Yes it has cognitive benefits, i believe some people are unaware of. I take 3 grams a day pretty much year around.I think there has been very extensive research - both by countless bodybuilders and actual clinical studies - on creatine, and that there is just no added benefit over 5 gr per day for muscle growth.
But there is a bit that it is really helpful for mental stuff and brain health, like 15-20 gr per day. Especially for brain injuries and diseases. I take 20 gr every day, and I it does help me with lifting brainfog a lot. If I forget taking it for a few days, I feel the fog coming back.
