all at once or split the dose?

My question:

When taking Test n EQ should I shoot it all at once 1x a week or is there benefit to dividing the dose? Shooting 250mg test and 200mg EQ 2x a week.

Also, does one think front loading 1000mg Test and 800mg EQ in the first week is worth it?

I have always shot twice per week when running those. A while back I was told that this helps to keep the blood levels stable. As far as frontloading, I don't think it's worth it. It's not going to make either one of those to kick in any faster.

For whatever my 2 cents is worth to you, I have tried all the ways mentioned above. I now have a doctor who played semi-pro sports and has plenty of personal experience. At his recomendation I always split the injections regardless of chemical or ester. This does stabilize blood levels but also poses less risk with the smaller amounts of oil at one injection site. You will be so glad to avoid those huge 3ml injection lumps .

Split the dose as said before. With a 16 week cycle, no need to front load. You have the anavar in there to kick start, that should be good enough. Looks like a decent cycle. Keep us updated on how it works for you.
