Yes bpc is. Sounds like you need some time off though. You can take everything to heal but if you’re not proactive your end then it won’t do you much good. I’d get it and then take an extra month off atleast after you feel recovered

honestly I think its my adderal script that causes it not to go away. sometimes I dont even lift for a week or so and still have it. If I sleep for like an embarrassingly long time it goes away lol. like a full 24 hours or more.
