anyone know a good source for amino acids in pill form?
 
liver tabs? :D

i love them.. take 20+/day.
 
what brand you use i actually have about 500 liver tabs haha but i like to use aminos as well before and after workouts and while im at school

Metabolic Diet Amino v.4......... Possibly the best amino tab but very expensive. Hydrolyzed down to 85% which is very good. I think all of his supplements are over-priced. They all work very well, however. He claims he marks them up only 4 times.

Beverly Mass Amino tabs.........not as potent as MD's but good nevertheless. Just take about 20-30 split up before during and after session.

Liver tabs are whole defatted protein. I'd opt for a hydrolysate around workout time.

This is exactly what I do except I use LBA during the weight session.

Been getting great results. I think some people disregard how effective this is.

PROTEIN POWDER around workout times is best.. but if you really wanna opt for the tablets, youll need a lot of them :D

i like uni-liver, by universal nutrition. maybe cause a brother of mine is sponsored by them, and i can get deals from him, or maybe cause i love the results of the iron/extra protein they can provide. im thinking both.

i really do love universals products though. like i said i take around 20+ tabs a day.

i Use them alos. Have been for a few years. I use 6 tabs with breakfast,lunch and dinner. thats 30 grams extra protien per day. helps out alot
 
can you guys really tell a difference when you do and dont take them
 
check out vitaminshoppe's house brand for the individual AA's and also a BCAA. dont know about any broader grouping (essential, complete, etc)

good price and good quality
