ANYONE EVER EXPERIMENT WITH FREE FORM? I AM GOING TO ORDER JUST THE BRANCH CHAIN AND MIX THEM IN VARIOUS QUANTITIES AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS. ANYONE ABLE TO SAVE ME SOME TIME?
 
on paper it doesn't do much for me, but give it a try... a lot of things clash as bodies react differently.... but then why losten to me. I don't even have a chest.

C'mon man! You know as well as everyone else on here that there are plenty of companies out there that already make them in the exact ratios our bodies need. Just check the label, it's right there in black and white!
We all also know that label claims are legitimate too.....

Phil, I use Beverly Nutrition Glutamine select with BCAA's right before my workout. I noticed that I don't get an energy drop towards the middle to end of the workout. Plus my strength is still going up. I think they help.
 
Phil I am using them now, since I am dieting for a show. I think there is a positive effect, not so tired. I take 8 day. 4 after my morning cardio and 4 pre workout. Off season I typically don't use them b.c my diet is not lacking in nutrients

Hey Phil, i see you like the book i left for you too read...i thought you would pick and choose a few things that DID make sense in there ...most of it does !! We will talk more about it later when i stop by to train this weekend .

When you find them ....?What did you do eat them for meals ?? Just because they have the chemical symbols on the pages it does not mean it will work like the real thing buddy...you need to turn the pages into a liquid and then inject it,then it will work...that is how chemical reactions operate ...let me know what you really think of what you read..most of it made sense to me and was creditable..the nutrional part was very good and reminded me of how simple growing really is when you eat the right foods...we need to stop making things so tough on ourselves and just have a sound solid diet and eat eat eat....

When it comes down to it, training, unless overtrained, really is not a huge factor.
 
Yes the formula is simple:

Training=Catabolic
Food = Anabolic and anti catabolic

Training=less
Eating=More

Final conclusion=Mass
 
Training is but a means of making way for the anabolic response through diet to be made best use of. I'm reel smart two!! :D

Phil what did you find??do i need to add something to the mix i am already doing...?so far you have steered me in the right direction and i do not want to miss out on more great gains..i have made soem pretty good gains since i met you in my training,diet and growing...i want to keep going in the right direction....Next time i am in we can take more pics at the gym and post a few..unless you think i might get blasted with my tiny muscles..?

i have been a BIG beleiver in bcaa in a precontest mode! in high quantity they can have a similar effect as primo! (dont laugh) I personly use 10 before 10 during and 10 after! I have the people i help out use them also!.. I have kept them a secret but wyldone knows of them and how i have incorporated them into his diet plan that he lays out for me! .. I passed this secret on the another national comp. well he told me that it has made the world of difference in his physique and wont train without them now!

How many grams of bcaa's is that? Just wondering what the effective dosage would be.... :confused:
