I get my all my omega 3's from fish and whole eggs when bulking. As for bcaas, I'll usually take about 24-48 grams of it per day. As for eaas I usually shoot for 20 grams per day.

Omega 3's are spread out throughout the day in meals. I take my bcaas pwo and between meals and take my eaas before I go to bed.
 
When you wake up.

Post workout, during workout, & after. (Which is by far, the most important time)
 
EFA 3 grams 3 times a day....in addition to meals
20 grams bcaa before training only

all other aminos come from food and coulpe shakes a day morning and night
 
I think your question is like asking "how many gallons of gas should I use for my next trip?"

We don't know your car or how many miles you are going!

I disagree with before training only. But could you give the logic behind that thinking. Maybe I'll learn a new point of veiw, that haven't heard.
 
taking a bcaa supp berfore training
DOES NOT mean that your not taking in any
bcaas throughout the day

shakes and protein meals also contain high amounts of bcaa

the difference for me in the gym taking before is night and day
