I get my all my omega 3's from fish and whole eggs when bulking. As for bcaas, I'll usually take about 24-48 grams of it per day. As for eaas I usually shoot for 20 grams per day.

20 grams bcaa before training only
all other aminos come from food and coulpe shakes a day morning and night
