Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any experience with the Anabolic Solution diet by Dr. Di Pasquale? I am interested in everything the diet promises, but need to know if it is safe and if it really does what it claims it can do.

its good, but i prefer a diet in which u get ur carbs only around workout time and use the rest of the day to eat fat and proteins

basically the diet palumbo and Animal advocate....if u search this board for diets by vitor u will get an idea
