has anyone tried that anabolic x-factor supplement from the author of ANABOLICS 2006 yet? i've been reading up on inflammatory response, and how ARA is involved, and it seems to make sense that you can deplete your ARA, which would cause a loss of muscle soreness and plateau of gains, so i'm interested.
it's PRETTY darned expensive though, so i'd like to get some feedback before i buy it, or find another source that's cheaper. what are some good dietary sources of ARA? fish....egg yolks? any suggestions?
