Anavar Muscle aches & Pain anyone experience that?

Just added 20mg anavar alpha pharma 10mg 2x day to my precontest cycle and lately been having muscle aches and pain in my joints all day. my body is very sore it all started when i added anavar. even my weight went up 3lbs diet and everything unchanged.

anyone experience that from Anavar? What can be the reason?

I'd get the Estradiol checked but on 350 Test a week 1mg Arimidex EOD is a pretty heavy dose. I doubt it's the Anavar but rather probably just low Estradiol. I'd wait until the last 2 week before the show to crush your estrogen.

I see i will try drop anavar 2-3 days and see if it gets better if not then could be estro related like you said.

Because i been on same cycle before starting anavar i am was fine then we add anavar every bodypart is basicaly in pain, fatigue and no energy to do anything and nose bleeds to everyday and i am already on blood pressure medications amlodipine 10mg prescribed from doctor.

You absolutely do NOT need to be taking that much arimidex. Cut that dosage in half and get your bloods done. Sounds like crashed E2

thinking the same can it be Dianabol inside instead? I am dry but the water retention is inside the muscle tho not subq thats what anavar does.

I don’t know, but your symptoms point to retained water and higher bp. Whats causing it i don’t know

Yeah that is pretty odd reaction to anavar. Is it from a trusted source? Had it been tested? Have you had recent blood work that you could compare new bloodwork against?

This is probably gonna ruffle some feathers but if it were ME, i’d take a low dose of a mild diuretic first thing in the morning and see if it affects how you feel soreness wise. Might not be a bad idea with nosebleeds and all

I’ve never had that reaction to Anavar. I read once that Anavar promotes joint/tendon healing and mine actually feel better while on it. Especially at 20mg that’s a very small dose.
Maybe your Anavar isn’t actually Anavar?

Edit: that is a lot of Arimidex though. You know your body, but that amount would definitely crash my E2, which gives me joint pain

Your tanking your estro.. arimidex with masteron and anavar ? Your suffering from low estro.. try taking the armidex out of the equation for a week and see if it reduces joint soreness

Many people wait until post show to get blood work. Take the guess work out and go get a comprehensive metabolic panel, E2 and HSCRP checked. Then adjust from that.

I agree with most that it’s likely E2. But if your appetitive has dropped and you have digestive issues since taking it then it could be liver, CRP and inflammation related.

Apetite has gone down maybe 10% not much but thats normal for me on orals. Digestive issues zero problem.
I have dropped the anavar so lets see if it gets better and will drop arimidex to i think its a overkill with the arimidex on that low test i agree with you guys to early to crash estrogen. still 7.5 weeks to go.
its not that much about the joint pain thats killing its the muscle aches in the body thats killing me. its like lactic acid nonstop it started when i added anavar just feel tight everywhere.
Even doing cardio in the morning feels 5x heavier then normaly without anavar.

I have crashed my e2 levels before and that gave me joint pain but not painful aches in the body like this. lets see after 3-4 days without anavar if it gets better then its anavar thats causing it.

No, actually never attributable to oxandrolone, whereas I do get this with stanozolol & oxymetholone, especially in the warmer months or when slacking on electrolytes & fluids. Usually, it's because the androgen alters mineralocorticoid regulation (either increasing or decreasing, e.g., aldosterone; indirectly then affecting electrolyte balance) - but oxandrolone doesn't actually do this from what I have seen.

I'd start drinking an effervescent isotonic electrolyte (e.g., LMNT) solution daily and before training while using this. I'd also send it in for testing (HP/GC; Jano, etc.)

If you don't have electrolytes, to hold yourself over, start putting a half Tspn of table salt (Na, Cl) in your drink before training, bring a banana for training (potassium/K), drink milk or take some supplemental calcium. That'll mostly hold you over if it's due to electrolyte balance like I suspect.
