no dude just a month or two going back then go into a more normal split.
if you hit things fast and esy with super light weight at first and get that initial doms out of the way you can progress ion less weight. that all im saying. you will be at your previous best with nothing at all. more or less.

Yeah It has happened to me twice. Once after back surgery but the worst time (like you) I went overseas travelling and just partied hard the whole time drinking and using a lot of coke and meth and not eating and turned into a stick. Got back and people were shocked how skinny I was.

Getting back into the gym was hard particularly mentally after losing so much strength. I reckon it took 6 months to a year to get it back.
