I would change up your diet. Increase your protein and looks like you don't eat any substantial carbs. How about some oatmeal, potatoes, rice?
Also increase your cardio, but just 30 minute sessions. Say, 3-5x a week, 30 mins each session.
Once you target your diet and cardio....I guarantee you will see results.
