DO any of you get excess water retention in your legs/ankles/feet after you have been standing up for a while? Like 2-4 hrs?? I was out last ngith for about 3 hours (no I was not drinking, I am dieting for a show...10wks out) and when I got home mey feet/legs/ankles were pretty sore and achy feeling, and I notice I have a lot of water retention down there. Like I could see a little line where I took my socks off, and I couldnt really see the veins and tendosn in my feet. Does this happen to any of yall??
I am on gear, but obviously I am not bulking, nor am I really heavy right now, like I said I am dieting. Is this normal? What causes it? Thanks
