DO any of you get excess water retention in your legs/ankles/feet after you have been standing up for a while? Like 2-4 hrs?? I was out last ngith for about 3 hours (no I was not drinking, I am dieting for a show...10wks out) and when I got home mey feet/legs/ankles were pretty sore and achy feeling, and I notice I have a lot of water retention down there. Like I could see a little line where I took my socks off, and I couldnt really see the veins and tendosn in my feet. Does this happen to any of yall??

I am on gear, but obviously I am not bulking, nor am I really heavy right now, like I said I am dieting. Is this normal? What causes it? Thanks
 
I would say standing on your feet for 3 hours causes this

Seriously though its completely normal

Standing on your feet all day is to close to manual labor try to avoid it
 
I have jsut never noticed it quite as bad as it was and lately i get kinda achy and sore from it, its a wierd feeling. I mean, I was pretty swollen.
 
theres days when Im on my feet for 10 or 12 ours at a time and my ankles get alot more swollen on those days, so I would say that, yeah that probably is the cause of it
 
Its pretty common you take someone who sit in his chair most of his day in a desk job, then switches to a job where he is always standing and moving your legs will feel it lol... Takes about 3-7 days and you should adapt and be fine.
