Ankle swelling? Syntherol in calves

I've reached the day 16 mark on my month of calf craziness with syntherol and I noticed yesterday evening my ankles are ridiculously swollen. No pain, nothing like that.

I'm curious if others have experienced similar results? And if so, is there a method to reduce them?

You gotta wear socks that are only ankle height. Yeah, swelling some in the ankles is normal for calf injections. Part of the deal.

Swelling in ankles is from reduced blood flow and fluid exchange. It could be simple due to the swelling and gravity or it could be more complex and be heart related. Chances are it's from the injections and swelling. Check your blood pressure to make sure it's exceptable.

I will definitely check the blood pressure. The swelling came after taking a day off from the injections so I am assuming the fluid just finally drained after not being pounded for a day, but, it would definitely be a good idea to check it.

Sometimes with SEO's the volume injected causes swelling to extend outward over the joints. I've had this happen many times where bicep injects caused swelling over my inner elbow joint. I would wait until the swelling subsides before injecting more.

I would not inject until the swelling goes down as well. And if the swelling does not go down then let us know or tell a doc.

That's what I was looking for..thanks guys. I didn't know whether to continue on or stop. Guess I will take a few days layoff and see what happens

Great advice and you should notice it going down fast. Just give it 2-3 days and carry on as usual. I would recommend not injecting too low in the calf as I found that to help matters greatly.
