You know how you have this one shirt that you love? You wear it out to the point you can almost see through it? Well that's this shirt. I'd never wear it in a commercial gym, but hey thats the joys of having a home gym

My waste was over 35" 12 weeks ago. It is now a little over 31".

My chest measurements are the same however.

I would have never thought this possible with the way Phil has me eating. Phil's knowledge is amazing

My training is different than everyone else's........Phil has me specializing in nothing but machines..LOL THAT IS A JOKE, A VERY BIG JOKE, PHIL'S CLIENTS!!

I was resting on the leg ext after a set of squats, and my wife snapped a pic. So I flexed and wa-la..... got this pic

Didnt even think about the fact I was on a leg ext machine. How many e-mails have you got now Phil, saying "COASTAL does leg ext, can I?"

Side note: I will use the leg xt at times just as a very light warm up if my knees are bothering me

It's actually the first generation Nautilus leg ext....the old blue and black. these machines are ancient but I love em and they were FREE!
