I've read varying protocols, but have yet to see any consensus. Some are saying gh immediately pwo, followed 30min later by slin and then a meal while others say split the gh.
My goal is the same as everyone else - I want to induce the most muscle growth without any fat gain. I workout in the evening, so lately I have switched to using ghrp-6 a couple times during the day and pre-wo and then 6iu slin immediately pwo, followed by a shake and then 5iu gh about 20 minutes later with a meal 20 minutes after that. I see no change and appear to be getting fatter.
Any suggestions on a better protocol?
