ive read all the posts about this topic, and have learned a ton. but i still have a few questions, first, would a controlled shitload still be effective? reason im asking is i have a squattier type phsyique, and am very prone to stomach distention, so i dont think eating everything and anything would work for me. so if my water is right, and im depleted, could i just have a few slices of pizza every hour or so, and still benefit from this? and second, what do you eat on fri before the load?
