I'm a national-level fitness and figure competitor, and I have a lot of years of hard training and clean eating under my belt. Heavy training, proper supplementation...nothing seems to bring my shoulder development to the level I'd like to see. I read the sticky on synthol...I was wondering if anyone had any dosing suggestions for a 128 lb (contest) female...I was thinking 1/2 cc each to front/lateral/rear delts every 2-3 days...1 cc each site every other day seems a bit much for someone my size. Anyone have any experience with this?

Well Kitty being that you are a national level fitness and figure competitor and not a "bodybuilding" looking for her pro card, I would recommend that we begin by observing your current shoulder routines first. Lets see if we can make any improvements there first, before we use the "oil". Many times it's the easiest of adjustments to training that can make a big difference.

Also do you use "super" supps? If you do, you could for example, site specific inject into the lagging muscle groups.
 
My offseason shoulder routine is split into 3 days : I begin my week with a training session devoted entirely to heavy presses and lateral deltoid training. Front delts are trained on chest day, and rear delts are trained from 2 different angles on back day.
Shoulders are also incorporated during gymnastics/routine work 4-5 days per week with tumbling, handstand push-ups, and strength move practice'

And, though I appreciate any input, please...let's not get into that debate of what fitness/figure girls take or should/should'nt take. I know for fact certain IFBB figure pros that are known for their shoulder development owe it to Synthol...but that's another thread altogether.

As for other gear, I only use anavar 10 mg/day while dieting to help retain muscle mass. My trainer (who is trains several national and pro level figure girls) suggested primobolan, but I don't have any desire to put on size anywhere other than my delts--especially with the 20% less rule that is being rewarded--as it is, I am already one of the bigger, harder girls onstage, and my critique is ALWAYS "widen your delts to increase your taper"
 
I assume that you have tried millitary pressses. I found that nothing else works as good as that.

That being said, the protocol for women is the same as for men. Obviously, you would have much smaller muscles than a competitive male bodybuilder, so instead of doing the 1ml for 10 days per muscle head, 2ml for 10 days per muscle head, 3 ml for 10 days per muscle head routine, just do 0.5ml, 1ml and 1.5ml.

All else is exactly the same - same protocols for usage - massage, stretching, pumping sets after injections, etc, etc.

does a national level winner of a figure competition get a pro card? i would assume yes ?? :confused:

as for checking her workouts.. good idea... my lateral delts never grew until i ditched all laterals... all i do for shoulders anymore is press. rear delts get worked on back day.

worked for me. (i got that trick from a girl at my gym :) )
