I'm a national-level fitness and figure competitor, and I have a lot of years of hard training and clean eating under my belt. Heavy training, proper supplementation...nothing seems to bring my shoulder development to the level I'd like to see. I read the sticky on synthol...I was wondering if anyone had any dosing suggestions for a 128 lb (contest) female...I was thinking 1/2 cc each to front/lateral/rear delts every 2-3 days...1 cc each site every other day seems a bit much for someone my size. Anyone have any experience with this?
