Anthony Roberts PCT - Your Opinions?

Just looking for your opinion on AR's PCT theories laid out on this page: http://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/anthony-roberts/post-cycle-therapy.htm.

Now, I know how the majority feels about his character and there is a full thread dedicated to that, so I am looking for thoughts on this PCT protocol, although I would personally run the HCG during the cycle.

I read this about 4 months ago and was going to try it at cycles end. More input would gladly be appreciated. For all I know it could be a bunch of BS.

Can't say there is anything revolutionary there. Doesn't look so special to me.

I don't think its that great. I would rather run 500iu hcg 2x per week from start to finish, then after everything is out of my system(including hcg) i'd run a 5week pct worth of clomid,nolvadex and aromasin
1st day 300mg clomid,40mg nolvadex and 25mg aromasin
then 2weeks of clomid at 100mg,nolva at 20mg and aromasin at 12.5mg ed
then 2weeks of clomid at 50mg,nolva at 10mg and aromasin at 12.5mg eod.
then another week of nolva at 10mg

I was thinking something along the same lines of that, except ditching the clomid and running tamoxifen at 20 mg throughout, alongside aromasin.

Great link, thank you for that! I wish there was more discussion on whether or not an AI such as aromasin is beneficial in PCT, or whether it is 'overkill'.
