Does something like this sound logical? Using Arimidex as an aromatase inhibitor, and Nolvadex since its breat tissue specific?

Arimidex 0.25-0.50mg @ Mon, Wed, Fri
Nolvadex 10-20mg @ Tues, Thurs, Sat

I personally think its overkill. If you have the option to use both then in my opinion I would go with just the armidex. I know that there is an arguement that some people believe you need some estrogen to balance out your endocrine but I am not a fan of that specific arguement. I think personally arimidex is superior becuase it blocks the production of estrogen to the recpetor where as nolvadex only blocks the estrogen from attaching to the receptor. You still get a build up of estrogen which is free to attach once the nolvadex has been stopped.

If you want to go ahead and use both by all means do so, I dont think using both will be any better or worse than using one or the other by itself to be perfectly honest. I have also heard Nolvadex hinders possible gains but real life experience dictates that is not always the case. Nolvadex was around long before arimidex and it along with proviron was the anti estrogens of choice through the 70's, 80's and 90's and as far as I can remember there were some pretty big guys back then that looked pretty damn good and had lots of muscle.

But to really answer your question I would personally just go with the arimidex but hey thats just me.

A50, I think one thing to consider is how sensitive you are to gyno. If this is a problem for you, then I think using the Nolvadex is a really good idea. Nolvadex, as you probably know, belongs to a class of drugs called Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERM). And while it is a competitive inhibitor at the estrogen receptor, rather than an enzyme inhibitor like Arimidex, it is specific for breast tissue.

These drugs were developed for breast cancer patients who have estrogen-sensitive tumors, and it's not uncommon to have these patients use both.

Aromasin gave me joint pain like nothing else. The best combination for keeping me lean and dry is still A-dex and nolva. Alternate days like so:

Day 1 .5mg A-dex
Day 2 25mg Nolvadex
etc
