ANTI-E?

When running a moderate to heavy cycle, what Anti-E do you all use throughout the cycle to help keep sides down? I typically use Novla @ 10mg EOD and that helps with bloating, etc. I have read, however, that long-term use of Novla is not advised. What are other people using to stay hard/lean while on higher dosages?

Aromasin at 12.5mg EOD. I will be using this on an upcoming cycle Feb17th. 1gram test and a few other aas's but test is the only one that will need an anti E. Im gonna get bloodwork done 1month into it for estrogen and see what happens. Maybe i'll need more, maybe less, but i'll post up the results.
