Anti-Myostatin (GDF8) Monoclonal Antibodies

Greetings. Anyone following the progress of these products? Wyeth is currently conducting clinical trials for their MYO-29 product to treat patients with muscular dystrophy. I am curious if anyone has any knowledge and/or experience with these products and their availability for research purposes.

Anti-GDf8 or the myostatin blocker has shown to significantly increase lbm and reduce bodyfat when tested on mice and rabbits through several studies we have seen. Myostatin functions as a negative regulator of muscle mass during development and growth which is something we can now control with the anti-myostatin. Anti-GDf8 is now much more available on the market now a days.

Definately not a cheap item to play with and there are no real long term studies that show long term effects.

This substances are said to being used by top pros who have surpassed the rest of the competitors for the past few years. Hence Ronnie Coleman, Cutler etc. This is said to be one of the reasons these guys are far superior and advanced then the rest of teh pros. I have seen info on both low dosing and higher dosing both with positive results. There is lots of good info on animals board & also on anabolicminds on this subject.

Has it been FDA approved ? does anyone know regulations if product is still being researched and is not classed as a medicine, is it still under medicines act or just classed as nothing and is totally legal ??

IS this place legit? Anyone can sell a bottle elixer, especially for that kind of $$$$$. I'd love to try it, but I'm more worried about the legitimacy than the price.

That would certainly explain how our Mr O gained 50lbs in a yr wouldn't it? I can't wait for this to be affordable to mortals. I'll be too old by then though. Is the mass gained permanent or does the myostatin eat it when you go off?
