I started mountain biking yesterday and my legs (quads) were on fire with all the lactic acid in them. After a while I could hardly bend my legs!
What do you guys and gals use in order to keep the lactic acid levels down in order to get through your riding??? Or guys that do legs in the gym and have a trick for this also chyme in! Thank you!
