any info on that board sponsor

just wondering what was going on with that board sponsor that BIG A gave the ultimatum to about refunding people.i see their banner is still up but it been a couple of weeks since this problem has been going on and there really hasnt been any info other than BIG A saying nobody order until this is resolved.i was one of the unfortunate guys that just wants to know if this is ever going to be taken care of?any info would help,even if it isnt good.i tried emailing the sponsor several times about the problem and never recieved a reply.i personally think this sponsor had plenty of time to at least post something about the situation .again,any info would help.thanks

Dude, its only been 1 hr since you posted.

I have not heard anything more or new. I know One mod tried to get in touch and sort it out with no luck and Then BigA himself took it Over.
Like you said Id imagine his time is about up but Id wait for BigA for an update.
I havnt heard or know anymore then you guys do though.
