Any one eat cream of rice thru out the day?

I prefer oats due to texture, Cream rice so soggy for me

But I love the cream of rice and could eat it all day, could I swap out the normal rice of pototas of meals through out day and use the cream of rice or is it no good and am better sticking with the whole food? I eat every 2.5hrs too

Would come in very handy while I'm in work

Im assuming this is a bulk. Only problem with it is that it has so much Iron added to it ( grocery store brands). So if you're doing it to bulk, find a better quality, natural one.
too much Iron is dangerous not to mention that on roids you already have higher RBC etc..
