any one here have trouble falling asleep?

I have had a sleeping disorder for a few years now, i used to take tylenol pm until it stopped working, then ambien, and then lunesta. every thing worked ok but it made me feel like crap in the morning.

Here is what I found that works for me now. I will take 3 caps ZMA, 4 drops liquid melatonin, and then I will just eat some cottage cheese. You can even add a tab of T3 to get even more sleeply. About an hour after I take the above I get extremely sleepy, and when I do go to bed I sleep through the night. It may be worth a try if your having problems like I used too.
 
Get some GABA from Bulknutrition.com, mix it in some cyrstal light, about 3-4g of the stuff...WORKS GREAT!!!!

SLEEP

I JUST STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SLEEP AGAIN AND HAVE USED ZMA TOGETHER BUT IT DIDN'T WORK AS WELL AS JUST 50MG OF ZINC AND 2MG OF COPPER RIGHT BEFORE BED. I SLEEP SO GOOD NOW. THE PROBLEM WITH JUST TAKING ZINC AND MAGNESIUM IS THAT IF YOU TAKE IT TO LONG THEN THE ZINC WILL ACTUALLY HAVE ADVERSE REACTION IF YOU DO NOT RAISE THE COPPER LEVELS WITH IT. ALSO I WOULDN'T TAKE MORE THAN 100MG OF ZINC IN ONE NIGHT EITHOR FOR THE SAME REASON. HOPE THIS HELPS BRO
 
I too have tried regular ambien, ambien cr, and the tylenol pm without the tylenol, the problem is that for it to work fast I usually have a beer with it. I didn't like how I woke up in the morning so started trying to sleep natural. I keep a walkman by the bed which I put on some nutty station that talks about ufo's and stuff and that puts me to bed for a little while... The main problem for me is continous sleep

This is a silly question but does test e keep you up? I never slept well before but was just curious
