Any reccomendations on t-shirt brands to screen print? Looking for athletic fit.

I figured I would ask if anyone on here is aware of any good brands of athletic fit type shirts (nice cut/nice material) for screen printing on? I have been trying to find a good fitting, comfrotbale, reasonable priced t-shirt to print my business logo on as people are always asking for them to work out in and wear. I either end up spending way too much on underarmor plane T's or tanks and printing on them but at almost $28/unit that is not reasonable to hand out in the masses. Im in the health and wellness field and my clients for the most part are in shape so ordering a XXL Hanes Beefy T just looks bad on most of them. I have used Bella, next level etc but those are still expensive for a plane t-shirt and the waste is still made for a fat person. I know there has to be some on Amazon or alibaba I can order over seas to print in the states. I have not been lucky enough to figure it out as of yet. Does anyone have any success or reccomendations by chance? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This website has their own t shirts sold online. Maybe someone could share what brand they use.

Anything but Gildan, I don’t know how the fuck they convinced everyone that those cardboard garbage shirts are the preferred brand

Here is one of the problems. Currently, the sleeves are too short and the length too long. For guys that are big need a shirt that goes down on the arm just a bit more. Hopefully, this would help with the short sleeve riding up the arm. And if you get a size that will fit your arm the proper way the length is past your knees. I am sure some of the men on here will agree. Does anyone make this shirt?

I would look at Next Level brand, the blended cotton versions. Most supplements companies now print their tees on these blanks. Fit great and hold up well in the wash. I even purchased a few plain ones to wear casually.

Agree. I like a 60/40 blend.

ok thanks alot. i will order some samples to check out. I just ordered some tanks of Amazon to try. They are going back ASAP. Fit awful in the armpits, balloned in the waist, etc. The shirts that Iron Rebel gets made are an awesome fit. I wish i knew who made there line. Fit the arms and shoulders, great material, and though the waste is a tad big its nothing to be concerned about.

Honestly I think those might be next level, I'm not certain. 60/40 blend is the standard one ordered by Supplement companies printing their logos on the blanks and they fit amazing

Whatever brand Zero Foxtrot uses is nice. 60/40 I believe and they’re a tad long which I like as I conceal carry.

Next Level Apparel 6010 Triblend; best shirt ever! Breathable, stretchy, tight in the chest/arms, and long enough and tapered it doesn’t look like a tall tee.

Next Level is the best. I've screen printed on their 60/40 for my business. The XL fits me perfect. I also buy their tri blend v necks for just normal going out at night.
