i saw snails at wegmans, i had no idea they were eatn, i looked up there quality, it looks like the protien is very poor quality, anybody now why? anybody tell me what they taste like lol? while were on the topic of quality, as as an example pork skin lacks tyrtophan, is trytophan an important AA were its non existance will make the total protien poor, if any one AA is lacking in a protien does it just make the whole protien poor even if the other AA's were high?
