I listened to a podcast with Kurt on topic of oestrogen management. He said this ‘use as much test as you can handle without needing an AI and then increase anabolics’ is fine for most early stage users but as you progress you’ll need to increase the test level beyond that so oestrogen management will have to be addressed.
This flies in the face of most on social media nowadays and is a common sense approach imo
I don’t know much about him, except for stuff he’s done with Paul Barnett, but the stuff I’ve listened to sounds mostly good info
Seriously i have no problem with the guys and they provide some good info on the other hand they overcomplicate things, they experiment with peptides and other exotic things(especially Steve) which in the end might confuse the viewer more than help him. What content really helps is practical advice.Don't get me wrong nothing negative just my point of view
Absolutely true. If you wanna low dose, low dose. You wanna high dose, high dose. Just know what you’re doing and how it matches your goals. We can all learn something from someone.
You said “they experiment with”, so implying them all. Not trying to be hostile, just trying to make sure there’s not any misrepresentation on his part.

Yep, a couple lines in and I was thinking “I know I’ve read this before”
Funny how all the knowledge you would ever need is buried in 25 years of posts in this board. It’s right in front of everyone, they are just too lazy to search and read, and want to be spoonfed by idiots on IG or otherwise
I think that another guy that is very under appreciated for his outright honesty and ‘being in the know’ of sorts is Roman Fritz. Basically everything he has said about seriously impressive bodybuilders previously to Kurt Havens really blowing up in the bodybuilding community corroborates with what Kurt is currently saying he is seeing with the same groups of bodybuilders.
