I know that popular consensus says not to run or jog, its bad on the knees and will take your target heart rate too high. But lately I've been jogging for 30 min 3-4x/wk and I'm looking/feeling so much better. It has not bothered my knees, nor took any strength from me, I'm still using 500 lbs on squats. If anything I'm stronger because it seems like more oxygen is going to my muscles and I can breath better. I know Levrone used to run, and he was a big dude. Just wondering if anybody else does?
