New set of bloods showed a 288 IGF1 level at the age of 31 (almost 32). I'm only on 20mg test cyp ED (140mg per week). The last couple of times, my IGF was 300 and 302.

Is there a reason why it's high for my age? A natural supplement I'm taking? Does this mean a low dose HGH would not be as effective for me?

I mean, I know it's a good thing if it's really my natural level. I'm definitely not complaining. Just wondering if anyone has an explanation. I made pretty much this same thread a while ago and got no real answers. Figured I'd try again.

U know honestly there are so many awesome things a high igf-1 is associated with, protects against stuff, but another iffy thing that has been looked at is a higher prone for cancer, and im nit joking, some get better metabolism while others its bad, especially if certain cancers run in ones family history, dont want to scare people but its true, sucks but it can be eitger good or bad in some people

I don't think a level of 288 is high enough to increase the chances of promoting cancer.

A friend of mine has Ankylosing Spondylitis. Its An inflammatory arthritis affecting the spine and large joints causing the vertebrae to fuse over time. That causes him to have high igf levels at 45 y/o. I think he was around 280. So yes there are certain conditions that can cause high natural igf levels
