I am of the belief that the longer you have been on consistent TRT the less the frequency matters. When first starting out on therapy, especially if coming from years of hypogonadism, you really want to establish normal and CONSISTENT levels of test, i.e. no peaks no valleys, while your system recovers from the years of "drought." Once you have symptomatic relief of hypogonadal symptoms and you are in "a groove of normalcy" I think then you can slack off a little with frequency to no great detriment. Basically a guy like myself, 10 years in roughly, is not going to make or break my therapy with the occasional once every 7-10 days shot but a guy just starting out really should work to restore normalcy before seeing what he can occasionally get away with.
