Depends bro, have you been to Miami?? ... Miami you can go from ultra exclusive condos to some of the worst ghettos in the country just a few street turns pretty much anywhere... i would def suggest flying down and looking at specific locations or having someone do it for you when you have the exact address...

I'm not sure about Palmetto Bay, but generally in south Florida, any area east of US 1 can be sketchy. Or like Pit mentioned, one second you can buy crack on the corner, drive a few blocks, and it's some ritzy high-class area.

Have you been to Pine crest Area?

Theres no house under 1million dollar over there.

Palmetto bay is an area directly south of Pine crest.

Those shit cookie cutter starter homes with no land or privacy and windows 5ft from the road go for a mil? Fuck that I would find somewhere else to live....

He said that was Pine Crest area. Those homes he showing there shouldn't be more than $350k I would think. Not on the beach or anything. Probably less than that.

Yes, The Picture is from Palmetto bay area.This is the neighborhood i was looking at.

Homes are 350k to 450k there.

Pinecrest homes are 1millions$ to 5 millions$ just north of Palmetto bay.

Palmetto bay seem like a great neighborhood.
