On June 30th, 2009 on MuscleSport Radio; Coleman stated he's made up his mind and he's going to compete in the 2010 Mr. Olympia after his back injury in 2007 which caused him to place 4th behind Jay Cutler, and make him miss out on Mr. Olympia 2008. But he's clearly made up his mind and he'll compete at 2010 Mr. Olympia with the desire to win his 9th Olympia Victory. He also stated Mr. Olympia 2009 is too close to try to compete as it will effect his contest preparation, so waiting a year for 2010 is what's in his mind.
