Makes more sense to stay on and run hcg during cycle. Years ago when competing I would run 8 wk bulk and 2-3 wk pct then 8 wk cut and compete but don't know many that do that today.
One of the worst plans I've seen. At a push if you blast and cruise you could do 6 weeks on 4 weeks off. Personally I'll be doing 6 blast and 6 cruise this year. I'll be running high gh and moderate tren on blasts and lots of ghrp2 /mod grf on cruise so plan is stay under 10% with very little cutting and zero cardio. Lots of food but carb cycling and no processed shit. Non training days just a few bits of fruit and some honey in my green tea for carbs (along with a small scoop of toffee flavored whey) Point I'm making is eat clean and cut when the mirror says not to some schedule.
im in the 9th week and my back is breaking out even worse than before. Im almost out of arimadex but I dont need it for 500 test. I guess the test fluctuation is breaking me out.
I was bloated up good still even with arimadex. By dropping the test to 500 and elimenating the tne and d-bol ive lost 9lbs already and wonder where I will end up. Straightened up the diet big time last couple weeks and hope to cut this mass of blob up a little. We will see. Im trying to make this a bulk/cut cycle.
