Before dropping to a cruise or doing PCT. How long do most of you have elevated doses or 'blast' for? Assuming bloodwork is in range I like to go for 16-20 weeks. I don't think I've gone longer than that.
Jokes aside, I don’t cycle. When growing I just run doses and drugs I can tolerate well. Test, nand, eq, don’t really impact my bloodwork negatively at all even in higher doses. Monitor your bloods, RHR, BP etc. of course as well.People still cycle?
Everyone is different of course. But all my kids were conceived while on cycle. Never had to cycle off. But then again I wasnt intentionally trying to have kids. It just happens.I know.this guy that got off to try and have a kid.

I do know when each child was conceived.
@Nike22 ...Happy New Year.The last couple of years I run a bulk from Feb to June and switch to a cut that runs July to the end of September, then I take 3 months off of everything, including a break from training. May not be the best for everyone but I feel it gives my receptors a break and any joint issues I have heal up nicely. So nine month blast and 3 month break.

All my kids avg 6'+. My youngest son will easily hit 6'8. Kid is very smart and strong as a bull.
Flattening kids at all the area/regional combines.
My father is 6'9. My kids mothers are all 5'10 to 6'. My youngest son has been 120lbs for a while though. Although as he grows hes leaning out. Currently 5'4 @ 9yo@goback2013 ...Happy New Year.

When you take the 3 months off from training, you don't do other physical activities like hiking, biking, jogging, stand up paddling, etc?
You just veg, couch potato?
