I tried night shift for one month (med-surg) and never again lol. I only did it because I wanted the shift diff and easier work, but I could not function at work or get good quality sleep in the day. I need to leave the bedside as well man. This industry is fucked

I'm 41 and in my head I'm like perpetually 25 from a physical perspective. Especially my looks/my face. I think I am a 25 year old and then see myself in pictures and realize..."oh...I'm actually 41" lol.

From a maturity standpoint I feel about my age. I've advanced in the corporate world a significant amount the last 5 years and "low 40's" feels like where I am and where I should be.

Most of the time, I feel maybe a decade younger than my age (57 years old), but there are times when I'm like "oh yeah, DEFINITELY 57." I was fishing a creek bank for the first time in literally decades this weekend. I was walking down the undulating and sometimes steep bank to where I saw some fish jump, and I was looking at the terrain like an old man . . . "better not go DOWN that way because I might not be able to get UP it"

This is a depressing thought. My life has changed quite a bit recently and the level of responsibility has increased tremendously, at home and at work. Not too long ago I’d have answered this and said lower than my actual age.

I wonder if I can change any of this.

27??? I always felt young and I always be- I am always optimistic mix with realistic and gratitude that I have roof over my head great food family nice holidays easy job with a few perks. I feel young all the time but hard not to since my 30’s i am on test btw soon i am 44 but almost everybody think i look 28-29 max early 30. I think that zero alcohol healthy lifestyle no drugs or ciggarets help a lot.
