I have used B-Complex as well as B12 and I did like it. I think oral B12/complex produces the same pharmacological effects as intramuscular vitamin B12 but it may require a higher dose and will not absorb as well as intramuscular Injections.

B12/Complex is prescribed very little these days. When it is for conditions like Fatigue, Bell’s palsy, or asthma intramuscular seems to be the choice by professionals. Oral may be useful for most but absorption rate is questioned, especially when the patient is not in optimal health. So intramuscular is preferred when its prescribed.

...as for ^ I wouldn't touch that product if someone paid me to take it. Nothing against the product or company... but in light of the fact that I've consumed 9,100 calories in a 32 hour period , an appetite stimulator is the last thing on the planet I'd mess with.

There are NO injectable Multi-Vitamins. There are a few mixed injectable vitamins, but there isn't an injectable version of multi-vitamins like the multi-vitamins you buy in the store.

Injectable vitamins or minerals are give because of a particular deficiency and dosed accordingly.
