Mi friend Ifbb Pro Erwin Marquez will compete on May 1 in this show, he is going to USA along maibe someone likes to be with him and have a lot of fun with this nice big guy.
He will compete with 224 he is 5`4 and he looks great, i am his trainer and i thing he is going to get an exelent place.
I think it is a good place for latinamericans competitors and maibe some good things will happen to him there.
He was training every 3 days with a HIT routine working the entire body in 50 minutes for 2 months and this last month he is training Heavy Duty 3 day routine every 3th day too WITHOUT CARDIO, he is around 3,5% today.
I will post some pics of him the next week..
