arimidex or proviron?

arimidex or proviron?
I am getting ready to start a heavy cycle of Test, deca, drol, slin and t3. I was going to use arimidex throughout, but can't get my hands on any. What do you think of using proviron instead? Any suggestions?

arimidex is the way to go....most bang for your buck. just got my hands on some......no bloat....no itchy nips.....used cytradren before....good results....but as many bros. will agree...arim. is the way to go....1/2tab eod should be plenty.....if worried go full tab eod.....hang around a while....maybe a post will come up.

Anti-aromatase
Use FEMARA, its the second cousin to Arimidex only works better for our purpose, I will get into that latter. One is Anatrozole the other is Letrozole and is 1/5 of the price down here.

All the prices I've seen for letrozole, aromasin, and femara are much higher than what I'm paying for Ana. Since Ana works REALLY good, I can't justify paying more for something that works better (when not necessary). Convince me.

I believe Femara increases IGF-1 activity where arimidex decreases it. Femara has a longer side effect profile though but none are very common.

Paul B I have to agree with you aromasin is wicked.

I thought Anastrozole was the "generic" name for Arimidex?

Well, Its cheaper to start with and it give the same reults, I use it at 2.5 mg every other day. However , recently training in Holland, a bodybuilder was talking about the inhibition of a specific aromatase enzyme vs. grpoup enzymes which Arimidex seems to do, and this is supposed to have a positive effect on Serum IGF-1
i have foud no info on this, I will probably see him at he FIBO this WEEk end and ask for specifics.

Proviron is a good addition to any cycle anyway. I'd throw it in there and keep lookin for the anastrozole or something similar (letrozole is real good... but it's way more expensive where I'm at.) Anyway, proviron binds to Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) which basically means a huge increase in the ammount of free test runnin through your system. This also means that it'll take longer for estrogen to clear your system and will give it more of a chance to bind to the ER. Anastrozole+proviron is a great combination though.

Now since you have the abombs and deca in there... I'd recommend something like winny. It has real high affinity to the PR but it binds as a PR-antagonist so there it will prevent gene expression not to mention preventing the nandrolone and oxymetholone from binding as well. Personally I am not a deca fan at all. It's way to suppressive to the HPTA. Several studies have shown that after a cycle with 400mg nandrolone/week test levels were still low, even after 20 weeks of post cycle therapy with HCG, nolvadex, clomid and finally menotropins. It wasn't until the introduction of menotropins that test levels came back to normal... and in the low normal range at that. Eq is a much much better choice... and there's no need to worry about gyno or sexual sides caused by the PR. If you get your hands on some arimidex, then all aromatization is taken care of... and the abombs won't be enough to cause gyno unless you go overboard with the dosage.

I like Proviron. I do at least 75mg/day during the cycle. Keeps me hard (in more ways than one).

I would definately go with Arimidex.....I took proviron during a cycle a while back and I think it hindered alot of my gains. Just my .02
