Arnold Classic.... Which Columbus Gym???

What gym in the area does everyone hit? Im gonna be there from wed-sunday and i gotta keep up with my split. Anyone got a hookup?

powerhouse downtown......saw Thorvildsen in there the night before the 2002 walkin around the locker room butt naked, i was wtf??

Phil,

Google World's Gym and look for their locations in Columbus, OH. There is a World's Gym about 1/4 mile from the venue and hotels. Everyone goes there. You'll see everyone there. That's where they do the photo shoot for the Arnold winner the day following the show from what I have been told.

I'll stop by and say what's up!

I hitting shoulders Friday. Sat. arms. I may train legs Thursday, but I don't as I get in later in the afternoon. I really can't afford to miss a leg day. That is my weakest bodypart.

That World Gym is within walking distance from the hotels and expo...ect. Its super small but has everything you will need. The thing that sucks is that last year they charged 20$ a workout. I spent 60$ dollars last year on gym fees for three workouts.....I spend that in a half a year for my Golds membership here in AZ. There is a Golds in Columbus but youll need to take a cab to get there. I still like the World Gym way better. You indeed will see a bunch of people while you are there. One thing that I didnt do last year was bring a bunch of warm clothes. If you go make sure you have some of that stuff.

highs sat. and sun. are like 40 degrees both days so dress warm..LOL don't be walking around outside with wife beaters on PLEASE! cause i will laugh at you no matter how BIG you are..LOL

b-boy, if you're in Ohio and seeing 40, I'm happy. It was -2 this morning in Northern Mi and your weather is coming our way. See, I knew spring was going to come back. We thought it froze to death and was never returning.

Trust me I was not "that guy" at the expo in a string tank top and hot skins. Im from AZ and just brought a couple warm ups to wear around. I remember it snowed the first night I was there and was in the 20's. I was a little puss walking around cold as hell from being used to the warm weather out here. I would have brought my coat if I would have known.
