Arnolds waist?

I always wondered this myself and was asked the other day about it and i couldnt explain it myself. Arnold by no means had a small waist from the front but when he turned to the side it was tiny as fuck. How is this possible? Did he do a lot of breathing exercises or something (vaccume pose)?

I think it was just genetics - He could have just had wide hips which gave the illusion of a thick waist. You do realize that your waist doesn't have to conform to a perfect circle all the way around

I'm sure sucking it in and things didn't hurt either.

ARNOLD'S WAIST WAS PRETTY SMALL FOR A BIG GUY.

HE WAS ALSO VERY AWARE OF HOW HE PRESENTED HIMSELF. YOU CAN BET HE SPENT SOME TIME ON HIS POSING. NOT LIKE SOME PRO'S WHO PUT ON ANY MUSIC, MARCH AROUND STAGE HITTING THE MOST MUSCULAR OVER AND OVER AGAIN......BORING.

dude i kind of have that same problem , from the front relaxed pose my waist appears to be bigger but when i turn to the side its like 25 inches ahhaha. i know why it has happened to me , pm me if your curious.
