Ok so I have been getting alot of PM, asking what Magnum is like, and how his diets are and work...Like I have said, before so everyone knows, Magnum is retried and isnt taking on any new clients anymore...We have talked in the past, and with a show like this (nationals) I really wanted his guidance for this show...So like Magnum said in a different post, I was grandfathered in...OK so that is said now, here is the diet...I will post a training program later tonight as he is making a new one for me...Remember he is setting this program up to work for me, will this work for you..To some degree, yes but you have to remember everyone is different...
Here is the diet
Meal 1
6 whole eggs (large)
Meal 2
6oz. 93% Lean Beef
1scp. 100% Whey protein
2 tbsp Natural penut butter
Meal 3
8oz. Ground Turkey (ground not breast)
Salad 1/2 head lettuce/ 2 tbsp olive oil
Meal 4
SAME AS MEAL 2
Meal 5
8oz. Sirlon Steak or 93% lean ground beef
Meal 6
SAME AS MEAL 1
As far as supplements, I just use 100% Whey, and a good multi vitamin and mineral pack per day...Some extra Vitamin C and E...Thats about it for now...
Later, tonight I will post the training program that Magnum wrote out for me....
