Since we're in that Rona life, what bullshit home gear as worked for you.

Forvweights I'm Lucky I have a powertec gym.
(Squats, leg extensions, Bench at all levels, con.curls, , High and low pully wiith various attachments, shoulder press, rows.,)

But I'm talking the as seen on TV bullshit. Lol the ab circle is my favorite waist trainer, along with an slide.

Never seen that ab thing
It's not much to it but it seems more effective than doing solo crunches. Slight resistance and the use of the feet may pull the lower abs more into the crunch. I generally just do left knee to right elbow, right knee to left elbow, back and forth till tired, its not much extra resistance but better than none. Also it helps to keep the form more consistent so I like it. Don't think it cost much at the time I bought it.
