Quinn is an iffy pick but I didn't expect him to go as low as he did.

I was hoping the Bears would trade up and take him, yeah I’m in Chicago. They should have traded Briggs and moved up. Though I don’t think anyone is crazy enough to trade a high first round pick for Briggs. There were talks of a trade with Washington but I think they realized they’d be in the same situation they’d be in the same situation as they are now with Arrington who left Philly with big numbers and went to Washington and sucked. Briggs isn’t that good and everyone knows it. The reason linebackers do good with the Bears is because of Urlacher. Other teams key on him and it frees up the other linebackers. When Urlacher first got to the Bears it was Roosevelt Colvin and Warrick Holdman. They both played really good with the Bears. They both left. Colvin is a good player, but not an all-pro. Holdman doesn’t even start and will be fighting for a starting job now that he just signed with Denver.

I like the Bears first pick, Greg Olsen, now they just need someone to throw to him. Rex is a bum. They should have traded up and taken Quinn.

Well I agree with Lex, he did get hosed. But at least he gets to play for his hometown team.

I really like Quinn... I think teams will regret passing up on him... Just like they did with T. Brady... He is a winner, and comes from a storied program... You could definitely tell he was PISSED , and rightfully so... He has a ton of potential, and there is no way that he should have been a low first rounder... In my opinion, the Raiders should have taken Quinn over Russell... Not to say that Russell is not super talented, but will he be able to put that team on his back and make them a contender? Not likely... Size and talent can get you there, but ultimately you have to have that "something" that only a handful of players have such as Brady and Manning... It will be interesting to see who will turn out to be the bust in this draft...

My Browns had something go their way. He will be a good pro and now they can focus on the D-line and running back.

yeah he is not going to make that huge contract, but watch he will be in every commercial if he does good at the pro level....he has marketable looks that can sell product.

or he could be a total flop and do BOWFLEX infomercials in the next 2 to 5 years.

I'm not really a Brady Quinn fan however he is a solid player and I think the Dolphins should have taken him. With Joe thomas and Brady Quinn Cleveland should do well.
