I was taking 2000mcg of B12 (cyan) per week. 500-Mon, 1000-Wed, 500-Fri.
Then I purchased Syntheselen, which from what I was told has 250mcg/ml of B12 (cyan) in it. I've been taking 2ml per day for the past few days, so I am now getting 500mcg of B12 (cyan) per day. I don't take the B12 for appetite, I take it for energy.
So now I am actually getting more B12 and don't have the energy boost I used to have.
Anyone know why?
