B12 question???

B12 is such an important supplement for us bb.I just purcase one from synthetek, called synthelamin, and I would really apreciate any comment on the product.I usually trust their products, but this is anew one for me and I always like feedback on anythign new that I try.

I had the best exp. when I loaded every day for the first week(even though I know it is estered...I think Big A recommended it at one point too)

Well it went up even while using Ephedrine(better appetite w/out Ephedrine)...hard to judge unless you use only one compound at a time, but usually I don't have any appetite with Ephed.

There are many diff. products from synthetek so I don't understand your question...there are many threads that discuss the diff. products however so just do a search real quick...

With what Tyrone said, the only B12 supplement over the counter is in tablet or capsule form and our body doesn't utilize in that form, it needs to be liquid for inject, I'm not even sure if squirting it in your mouth is effective, not sure on that, though. You can't go wrong with any Synthetek product.

Oooohh ok I didn't know that stuff was injectable. So is it a waste for me to take the Vitamin B12 I get from the store.

i haven't used the synthetek, but I will say that the IBE methyl b-12 is awesome.

i really feel a boost from this stuff

Synthelamin is the best imo, because its strenght, which is unmatched. Big A is recomanded a loading phase of one week 1ml per day and then 1ml every Mon, Wed and Fri. Liver aid is recomanded too

You can inject IM or SQ. No more than 1cc per injection SQ.
