They keep changing how much Aspirin is recommended. My doctor recently told me that the AHA (American heart association) raised the bar to recommend 325mg aspirin per day. I'm still only taking half of a 325mg per day.

I,ve been taking aspirin for yrs. I believe besides thinning the blood it helps clean the veins of fat deposits {cholesterol}. Taken every morning with my coffee and :L- carnitine, unless I overdrink the day before. {sometimes I do this} Which also will thin the blood.

Take Ubiquinol instead of COQ. it's the active form of COQ10, much stronger and bio available then COQ.

increase risk of GI bleeding, so if one has ulcers might take caution.

a new study just came out about baby aspirin taking over long term i believe it was 15yrs and found that once stopped it had increase risk of blood cloth and heart attack.

on bright side it decreases your risk of colon cancer. The benefits outweigh the risks greatly. I just started taking it myself.
