back again...injection pain/ swelling

Well guys, Im back. I tried to do my first cycle about a month ago. long story short I was pinning tren 300 instead of test 300, needless to say I will never order from that lab again. anyways, I got some test e 300 from Zlabs. My first injection was on friday night. I pinned .5ml (150mg) into my right glute. The pin was painless and smooth. The following day soreness/ stiffness started to develop. Now its almost 4 days later and the swelling looks like I got hit with a baseball bat. There was no redness until today, I started to massage the hell out of it to try and break it up a little bit. Now there is a little pinkish/red mark below the injection. I do not have any signs of fever or sickness just pain in the glute. Its definately not as sore as it was 2 days after the pin, but the swelling just wont seem to go down. I purchased a heating pad to see if that would help. My question is, is this normal? my right glute is a virgin muscle so i thought that could be the reason. Anyways Im going to try and pin my left delt tonight and see how that goes. I can deal with the pain, thats not the problem, its the swelling that Im concerned about.

Also I heard that people that are a blonde hair blue eyes with fair skin dont react well to IM injections, is that any truth to that? because I fit all the criteria.

update...Just sat on a heating pad with it on high for about 30 mins. After i got up i looked at the glute in the mirror. all of the swelling was bright red and where the injection site was a little pink but for the most part it was just my normal skin tone, but it wasnt a perfect circle. I was thinking maybe the white-ish color patch was the test?, since it was right over the injection site. I really dont think this is an infection, wouldnt the site be red and swollen? i mean my ass literally looks like I got hit with a baseball bat.

I also had a leg workout tonight, i thought it might help disperse the gear. So maybe some of the swelling is from that as well. I dont know I just wish I knew why i reacted this way, I had to stop my first cycle because of a reason very similar to this. Except that time I did actually have a fever.

Dude It sounds like you dont know what your doing....
here's some pinning techniques that should help...
< if your shooting in a glute make sure your using a inch and a half needle 22 to 23 gauge>< make sure your injecting in the proper area theres website you can look it up if your not sure>< make sure to push the plunger down slow>< always swab the area of injection with alcohol><and aspirate everytime> if your following that protocol and you still get pain or a lump. it could be maybe your sensitive to the gear itself. I know alot of people that have a problem with EO based gear. hope this helps.

my roomate is a nurses assistant, he gives IM's all day at work. Ive only had two shots and neither was painful. I dont get pain until like the end of day 2 post pin. I used a 22 gauge 1.5 inch pin. aspirated, and pinned slowly.

Pain is definately going away, but the swelling is not. I took some benedryl to see if it was histamine related. im headed to bed I'll update on it tomorrow. Tomorrow is also my scheduled 2nd pin ( was thinking delt) , so I would like to hear some inputs on what you think I should do.

ME PERSONALLY I WOULD GO WITH A 25 GAUGE INJECT SLOW AND ALSO HEAT UP GEAR BEFORE INJECTING UNDER HOT RUNNING WATER AND AFTER INJECTION ALWAYS MASSAGE AREA OF INJECTION FOR A GOOD MIN

i would not pin that sh@#$% again without first sterilizing it, and may be even filtering it, if you got a reaction from just 1/2 a cc imagine what would happen if you pined 2ccs? any way should'nt you apply ice to the area not heat?

X2... you should definitely sterilize before injecting again.

woke up this morning and the swelling has definately went down. the area is still a little pinkish. Still no fever, pain is also starting to subside. Anyone know why im having this reaction? Ive researched my gear and everyone said its G2G. DO you guys think its just because these sites are virgin muscles? im due for a pin today, really debating where to pin. Since my ass is still swollen,I really dont want to have to swollen cheeks. I was thinking about pinning .5 in the delts, and pray to God that I dont have the same reaction.

Ive always heard that you need to apply heat post injection to help disperse the oil through out the muscle. After doing it for about an hour last night, it definitely seemed to help.

anyone have any other inputs? could it be possible that I'm having a reaction to the enanthate ester? because i had a very similar reaction when on a previous failed cycle.

bottom line is Im getting very frustrated because I dont know why my body is reacting like this.
