Hey guys- currently as we speak I'm on no AAS, but I'm still getting a horrible back pump. I am on slin post workout and doing it correctly. I'm following what my trainer, Phil says. I know a lot of it is because I haven't been stretching out my hams as much as I should be, but other then that how much taurine should I be taking? Its only after I run, and I know its not kidney/live problems. It feels the EXACT same as the pump I got from A BOMBS
