Guys, I was wondering if I just trained my back exclusively for thickening the muscles, ie. lots of rowing movements- would my I lose my width? I have been doing it for a month or so and my width just does not seem the same- Do you think when training a muscle a certain way or exclusively it really grows faster or grows better?
 
I think you can improve the quality, but not so much as making it grow faster. I have attempted the targeting method for years, especially on my quads and hamstrings, but it didn't seem to make them grow faster. I did notice the appearance seem to take on more of a define look.
